What happens on a Power Day Workshop?

 

By the end of the day you will learn how you can:

 

• Make that totally frightening totally terrifying decision that you may have been putting off but what you are yearning for inside.
• Wake up each morning feeling energised, inspired and excited about the day ahead.
• Find out  how you can discover what makes you energised, inspired and excited about the day ahead
• Reduce the amount of time you spend in tears, arguing, feeling upset and not saying what you really want to say to those people in your life that you really care about.
• Eliminate any resentment you hold against parents, family, colleagues, bosses, co-workers and partners.
• Make decisions that your heart is telling you is the right decision but your head is convincing you not.
• Think, feel, and behave in a totally genuine, authentic 'feel good about' yourself way, confident that the real you is on show.
• Reduce the amount of substitute' feel good' stimulants you have in your life....(That one glass of wine that leads to a bottle!)
• Know how to handle those ‘I can’t believe what life is throwing at me' situations in a calm, positive, ‘bring it on' 'I can handle it' manner!
• All the above and more including knowing that you count as an individual and make a difference to this world in every area of your life.

      The Powerday runs from 9.30am-4.30pm

*  Your fear may be telling you that you can't possibly spend £95 on creating a better life for you. As a small exercise add up all the insurances you pay each month, for example, buildings and contents, life assurance, car insurance pet, dental etc. Then multiply this figure by 12 months to get an annual figure. Now ask yourself is £95 that much money? The strategies you will learn on this course will stay with you for the rest of your life, that you can use on a daily basis.

• The venue is a lovely relaxing room in a small hall in the gorgeous village of Westella, East Yorkshire.
• Acknowledgement will be made of deposit via email
• Directions. confirmation and pre-course work will be provided on full payment .
• Refreshments are provided throughout the day but please bring your own lunch.
